Product Return Policy and Warranty Conditions

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the customer has the right to return the purchased products within 3 days after the sale.

Necessary conditions for the return of the product:

  • The product must not have been opened, used or damaged;
  • Should not have lost its original appearance;
  • This product must be resaleable.

In the case of online sales, the amount paid to the courier company will not be returned to the customer and the customer must ensure the return of the product to any branch.

When returning the product, the customer should have:

  • payment receipt;
  • Identity document;
  • Product presented in original packaging.

The customer has the right to exchange the product for a product of the same or higher value by adding money within 14 working days.

When exchanging the product, the customer should have:

  • Product presented in original packaging.

 

Necessary conditions for exchanging the product:

  • The product must not have been opened, used or damaged;
  • Should not have lost its original appearance;
  • This product must be resaleable.

 

If the product has a factory defect or such damage that it had before the purchase, the product is replaced or repaired.

  • The product must be repaired or replaced within 14 calendar days, in such a way that the customer does not face a significant delay, taking into account the nature of the product and the purpose for which he purchased the product.

If the product cannot be replaced or repaired, the company will refund the customer within 3 working days.

After the product is returned, the refund is made by bank transfer only.
Cash refunds are not available except in exceptional circumstances.

Note that the transfer fee to foreign cards is $30 or €15, which is not covered by the company.

What products are covered under warranty?

Products in the hardware category are subject to the standard warranty conditions established by the manufacturer.

Warranty does not apply:

The warranty does not apply in case of physical damage to the item and/or its improper installation and/or damage caused by violation of the operating conditions accepted for it.

A defect identified during the warranty period refers to a defect found despite the normal use of the item, such as – in the case of lighting, a factory defect or lamp failure.

Formal rules necessary for using the guarantee:

In order to confirm the user’s right to benefit from the warranty conditions, it is necessary for him to present a document confirming the purchase of the products together with an identity document, the term of which will be in accordance with the term of the warranty service of the specific item.

Upon receipt of the products, check the integrity of the product and, in the event of a defect, immediately notify the company’s hotline.
