Electric air heaters are designed to heat the mass of air that is delivered to your grow room through the inlet ducts.

The heating body is made of galvanized steel, and the resistors are made of stainless steel;
The heaters are equipped with rubber gaskets to connect to the air ducts.

NK air heaters are equipped with two thermostats to protect against overheating: the main protection provides for automatic reset when the temperature exceeds 50 ° C… after cooling, reset occurs automatically;
Emergency protection is activated when 90°C is reached and manual reset is required.

The design of the heater allows it to be inserted inside the duct and can be installed in any position except with the electrical cables/control unit facing downwards in contact with water or moisture to avoid short circuits or water ingress.

An air filter must be installed in the heater to protect the resistors from contamination. The minimum distance between the heater and other elements of the system should not be less than twice the diameter of the heater.

The heaters are designed for a minimum air flow of 1.5 m/s and a maximum outside temperature of 40 ° C. If using hoods with speed control, ensure that the minimum air flow is maintained.

When the ventilation does not work, the heater must be disconnected from the electrical outlet.
