Roots Organics Elemental Calcium and Magnesium Supplement is specially formulated to boost calcium and magnesium levels and prevent deficiencies associated with fast growing plants.

Elemental contains two absolutely essential macronutrients: calcium (an essential nutrient for plant health due to its role in cell walls, membranes, and other biochemical processes) and magnesium (which is a central component of the chlorophyll molecule).

Adding calcium and magnesium is one of the secrets of expert growers and produces more vigorous plants and larger yields.

It is essentially a dry form of a calcium booster with added benefits such as fish protein hydrolysate and a small amount of sulfur to replace what reverse osmosis removes. Twenty percent calcium availability is a big bonus for the gardener’s pocket.

First, fill the container and add the fertilizer, shaking well before adding to the pot. And always make sure to add Elemental before adding any other nutrients.

Usage: Mix 1 teaspoon per gallon or 1 cup per 50 gallons. Add to solution before adding other fertilizers and shake the tank well.

Soil Fertilizer: Mix 2 dry teaspoons per gallon of potting mix. For top dressing, use approximately 3 tablespoons per plant or 1.5 kg. per 40 sq. ft.
