{"id":17633,"date":"2024-09-24T11:30:09","date_gmt":"2024-09-24T11:30:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/greenlab.ge\/product\/secret-smoke-ice-washer-kit\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T10:06:31","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T10:06:31","slug":"secret-smoke-ice-washer-kit","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/greenlab.ge\/en\/product\/secret-smoke-ice-washer-kit\/","title":{"rendered":"SECRET SMOKE &#8211; ICE WASHER KIT"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>SECRET SMOKE &#8211; ICE WASHER KIT<\/h2>\n<p>Pollen and resin extractor with Bubbolator style ice technique.<\/p>\n<p>In The Kit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>220W 135W electric washing machine;<\/li>\n<li>Cloth pyramid 220 micron to contain the raw material to be filtered;<\/li>\n<li>SECRET-ICE sieves for extraction available in the version with 3 filter bags of 25- 45 &#8211; 150 microns,<\/li>\n<li>Instructions;<\/li>\n<li>Thermometer to control the temperature;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>INSTRUCTIONS<\/p>\n<p>MATERIAL REQUIRED:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>ICE-WASHER:- 220V 135W electric washing machine<\/li>\n<li>220micron Pyramid cloth bag to contain the raw material to be filtered<\/li>\n<li>Filter bags<\/li>\n<li>Digital thermometer with probe to control the temperature<\/li>\n<li>Dry and previously frozen raw material (avoid plant material that could damage the pyramid bag)<\/li>\n<li>Bucket +\/- 30cm diam.<\/li>\n<li>Absorbent paper<\/li>\n<li>Enough ice to lower the water temperature to 4\u00b0C (about 2kg)<\/li>\n<li>Strainer<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PROCESS:<\/p>\n<p>1) Place the &#8220;Ice-Washer&#8221; on a high surface and the bucket on the ground. Insert the filter bags into the bucket, respecting the order. The finest filter bag must be inserted into the bucket first and then the others.<br \/>\n2) Insert the probe of the digital thermometer into the &#8220;Ice-Washer&#8221;<br \/>\n3) Fill the &#8220;Ice-Washer&#8221; halfway with cold water. Insert the ice. Turn on the Ice-Washer, to facilitate the melting of the ice until reaching the desired temperature (recommended around 4\u00b0).<br \/>\n4) Fill the pyramid bag (max 500gr) with the previously frozen raw material. Insert the bag into the &#8220;Ice-Washer&#8221;, close the lid and program the time (from 3min. to 8min.).<br \/>\n5) Once the programmed time has elapsed, remove the pyramid bag. Let the water flow into the ICE WASHER, gently squeezing the bag.<br \/>\n6) Lower the water outlet tube so that it flows into the bucket, then reposition the tube.<br \/>\n7) Remove the first filter bag and gently squeeze it to drain the excess water. In this first bag there will be no pollen crystals or resin, but only residues.<br \/>\n8) Remove the second bag, with a slow movement from top to bottom, in and out of the water, try to make the crystals flow into the center of the bag. This phase is very important to prevent the crystals from dispersing.<br \/>\n9) Gently squeeze the filter bag. Wrap the part where the crystals are concentrated with absorbent paper, from the outside, to help absorb the excess moisture. If you have more than one filter bag, repeat steps 8 and 9.<\/p>\n<p>The extracted crystals should be placed inside a strainer, use a spoon to press the material obtained against the mesh so as to filter the crystals onto a sheet of absorbent paper.<br \/>\nThis process serves to extract the excess moisture and ensure effective drying.<br \/>\nLeave to dry for 48 hours in the shade, at room temperature.
