Soundproof extractor – 3-speed – mixed flow extractor in a sound and heat-insulated casing; Air flow up to 540 m³/h.

VENTS Stream series of fans in a special sound-insulated casing that ensures quiet operation of the fan with high aerodynamic characteristics.
Compatible with filters from 150 to 160 mm in diameter.
VENTS Stream fans combine the broad capabilities and high performance characteristics of axial and centrifugal fans, providing powerful air flow and high pressure.
They are used in supply and exhaust ventilation systems of various commercial and industrial buildings with increased noise level requirements.

The casing and the impeller are made of high quality and durable plastic.
The internal perforation of the casing allows the passage of sound waves, directed at a certain angle by the layer of sound-absorbing material.
The casing is insulated internally (heat and sound) with a layer of 50 mm mineral wool.
Special casing perforation and sound-absorbing material ensure sound attenuation in a wide frequency range.
Due to the conical shape of the Imperator and the specially shaped blades, the circular velocity of the air flow is increased, which provides higher pressure and performance compared to standard axial fans.

The diffuser, specially profiled impeller and fins directed towards the outlet of the fan casing distribute the air flow in order to achieve the best combination of high quality and high pressure at a low noise level.
The fan housing is equipped with an external sealed terminal box for connection to the mains.

Single-phase energy-efficient three-speed motors with low power consumption are used.
Fan motors are equipped with thermal fuses to protect against overload.
Ball bearings ensure long service life (about 40,000 hours of continuous operation).
Motor protection class is IPX4.

The three-speed motor can be controlled with a built-in switch (option “V”) or an external switch for multi-speed fans (purchased separately).
A built-in speed controller (option “P”), an external TRIAC or autotransformer speed controller provides smooth motor speed control when connected to the maximum speed terminal.
Models with the “T” option are equipped with a shut-off delay timer, adjustable from 2 to 30 minutes.

Fans can be installed at the beginning, middle or end of the duct system.
It is allowed to install the fan at any angle in relation to the axis.
In one system, several fans can be installed in parallel to increase the air flow or in series to increase the working pressure.
The fan casing is equipped with mounting brackets for floor, wall or ceiling mounting.
