SPINACH – DOCK

Perennial, drought-resistant, winter-hardy plant. The first leaves appear in early spring, as soon as the snow melts, and are much larger than usual. Plants grow 0.8-1.5 m tall. Raw leaves of the plant are consumed, have high nutritional value, contain many vitamins and minerals and contain small amounts of oxalic acid.
